Are you guys the same band that plays One more Day of Winter, or a different band with the same name, if not there was a band about 4 years ago named Linus that had record deals and shit so if your not them id make sure you check that you can use that name, not trying to be mean but just watch out.

Nope, that's not one of our songs. We are the owners of the name (since 1992), so whoever the other band is can eat our shorts. Any info would be appreciated so we can chase 'em if they still exist...
